My friend and I recently dined at Le P'tit Troquet. The staff were so nice and the service was great maybe too fast! I ordered the eggplant, mozzarella and pepper mille-feuille, the beef bourguignon and the chocolate tart with white chocolate ice cream. Everything was fresh and delicious. I made a reservation and I'm glad I did because the restaurant was small and completely booked!

How do most of you make reservations in Paris if the restuarant does not appear to have email? I want reservations at. I am in the east coast if the US so am not sure what the best time to call from here would be if I wanted to call Fance and make the reservation. Call at about 6pm Paris time. Or have your hotel do it. Restaurant reservations in France are mostly made by phone.
We went here to celebrate our anniversary and enjoyed the excellent food companied with great service from the hostess to the wait staff. My wife had the Beef stewed in red wine sauce served in cassolette which was very flavorful and tender. I had the Black Angus chuck shoulder tender, wine sauce, shallots, mashed roots vegetables which was cooked to my likeness. The mashed roots was unexpectedly very good.
